Follow these simple steps to participate
This is Round 1 of KR`IDEAI-26, conducted online as a preliminary screening stage. Participants will be given a research ethical problem statement and must submit a clear and innovative solution in 150-200 words through the form. Submissions will be evaluated based on creativity, feasibility, and clarity of the proposed idea. The most promising solutions will be shortlisted by the judging panel.
Registration for Round 1 closes on 20.03.2026.
Shortlisted teams from Round 1 will advance to Round 2, which will be conducted offline at the KRCT Circuit Block. In this round, participants will present their ideas using a PowerPoint presentation before the judging panel. Registration fees will be collected only during the second round from the shortlisted teams.
Participants are presented with a diverse set of real-world problem statements designed to challenge your AI and data science skills.
Teams strategically bid for the problem statements they want to solve. Choose wisely based on your team's strengths and interests!
Work collaboratively to design innovative AI-based solutions. Research, brainstorm, and create a comprehensive approach to solve the problem.
Showcase your solution through a compelling PowerPoint presentation. Impress the judges with your innovation, feasibility, and presentation skills!

Please read carefully before registering
Teams can consist of 2-3 members.
Each team must bid for one problem statement during the bidding phase. Problem allocation will be based on the bidding strategy and availability.
All solutions must be presented using a PowerPoint presentation (10-15 slides maximum). Presentation time limit: 10 minutes including Q&A.
Judges will evaluate based on: Innovation (40%), Feasibility (30%), Presentation Quality (20%), and AI Integration (10%).
Open to all college students. Participants from all departments and years are welcome to join and showcase their problem-solving skills.
Maintain professionalism and respect. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Original ideas and ethical practices are mandatory.
